Cancellation of a booking and withdrawal from the accommodation contract are governed by Article VI of the General Terms and Conditions .
The cancellation terms of the rate you choose (flexible or non-refundable) are shown when you pick a room, in the order summary and in the confirmation e-mail.
How to cancel
Online on the Cancel a booking page — all you need is the booking number and the e-mail address it was made with. A signed-in Senger Club member can also cancel directly in their account. Before you confirm, the system shows the terms that apply to the booking.
Complaints are governed by Article VII of the General Terms and Conditions.
